I remember when the channel was “always massive”. These videos helped me get through some shit when I was working overseas for big red. They helped me pump iron and keep a sharp mind on no sleep. Each man has the opportunity to make a mark on this world. You have done more than you know.

My entire life has constantly been a battle within not fitting in and not feeling enough, and hoping someone will say I am. It may never be the case, but the goal is to find that peace, the Stoics clearly had an idea of it considering it's mentioned everywhere including here. To have control over yourself and your emotions (not letting them control you), the human experience sure is something, wild really.
